1. Introduction

Welcome to Diverse World Travel LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking travel arrangements, tours, cruises, or other services through Jill Pfeiffer DBA Diverse World Travel LLC, you (“client,” “traveler,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Role of the Agency

Diverse World Travel LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and booking agent for airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and other service providers (“Suppliers”).

Diverse World Travel LLC is hosted by World Via Travel Group and affiliated with Travel Leaders International, giving clients access to a wide range of preferred travel suppliers and exclusive benefits. We do not own, operate, or control any of these Suppliers. All bookings are subject to the Supplier’s own terms, conditions, and policies, which may limit or exclude their liability.

3. Booking and Payment

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the Supplier’s policy.
• Final payment due dates will be specified in your invoice or confirmation. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation without refund.
• All prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed by the Supplier.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

• Cancellations and changes are subject to the terms and fees imposed by the respective Suppliers.
• Diverse World Travel LLC charges a non-refundable planning/service fee, which is not covered by Supplier refunds.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Supplier’s policies and may take several weeks to be issued.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation/interruption, medical coverage, evacuation, and baggage protection. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and understand their policy coverage.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information (including passport names and dates of birth).
• Ensure your passport and required visas are valid for the entire duration of your travel.
• Comply with the laws, customs, and regulations of the destinations visited.
• Reconfirm flight times and other travel arrangements before departure.
• Be aware that changes in schedules, routes, or accommodations may occur beyond our control.

7. Compliance with Local Laws, Including Drug Laws

Travelers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations of the countries and regions they visit — including, but not limited to, drug possession, use, importation, and prescription regulations.

Penalties for violating drug laws in foreign countries can be severe, including long prison sentences or the death penalty. Diverse World Travel LLC assumes no responsibility for any legal issues, fines, arrests, or detentions resulting from the traveler’s failure to comply with local or international laws.

8. Health, Safety, and Accessibility

• Travelers should consult their physician and relevant government travel advisories for any health or vaccination requirements.
• Some tours and cruises may have physical activity requirements; it is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit for participation.
• Diverse World Travel LLC is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or medical expenses incurred during travel.

9. Limitation of Liability

Diverse World Travel LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any act or default of a Supplier or other third party, or by events beyond our control such as weather, labor disputes, or government actions.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inability to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, or other force majeure circumstances.

11. Documentation

Travelers must ensure that all travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination records, etc.) are complete, valid, and up to date. Failure to comply with documentation requirements may result in denied boarding or entry without refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By making a booking through Diverse World Travel LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You also accept that you are bound by the terms of any Suppliers involved in your travel arrangements.
